Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrived damaged, please email a picture of your damaged item, the packaging, and your order number to strawflowercreations@gmail.com within 3 business days of your item's arrival. We will do out best to resolve your issue for you! 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 
For order issues, you can contact us at strawflowercreations@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to an incorrect address, or entering your address incorrectly during checkout. Please reach out directly to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for details on how to proceed.
