Candle Instructions?

Before each use, trim wick to 5mm. Keep wax pool free of debris. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 1/2 inch wax remains. If you are worried you might forget, a timer is a great tool to use as a reminder! Burn for at least 2 hours on first use. Wax should melt to the edges of jar to avoid tunneling. Coco apricot wax may get wax hangup on the sides of the jar - this is normal and will melt as the candle burns down. Keep candle away from kids, pets, plants, drafts, anything flammable/combustable. Burn within sight and never leave unattended. Keep candle away from drafts and place on a flat heat resist surface. Do not place candle on, near, or below anything flammable. Do not let flame get too large or candle too hot. Extinguish immediately if either happens. Extinguish immediately if any precautions are violated. Candle is not designed for any type of wax warmer. Do not burn candle using any other methods. Due to sensitive materials, do not place candle (even when not burning) anywhere that may be hot such as near an oven, heater, etc. Do not burn if the candle is damaged.

What ingredients do you use?

Our candles are created with clean-burning coco apricot creme wax, plant-based wicks, all-natural mica, and toxin free fragrance. Our wax and fragrances are made without prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, phthalates, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. Products are vegan and cruelty-free. Our wicks are biodegradable, clean-burning, and made with plant based fibers.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the USA.

What mail carriers do you use?

USPS and UPS are used for shipping.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

As a small business, packing your orders is our top priority so they arrive quickly and safely. Orders with in stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days. Custom orders, pre-orders, and busier times of the year can increase the processing time. Once shipped, items generally arrive within 3-5 business days, however, this does depend on the carrier.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us!

What if my item arrives damaged?

This rarely happens, but if your item arrive damaged, please email a picture of your damaged item, the packaging, and your order number to strawflowercreations@gmail.com within 3 business days of your item's arrival.

What is my package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to an incorrect address, or entering your address incorrectly during checkout. Please reach out directly to the carrier (USPS or UPS) for details on how to proceed.

Pre-Orders?

Pre-Orders may take extra time then are our in-stock items. Please allow at least 5-10 business days on average for items to ship. If you need your item sooner, please reach out before placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I send a purchase as a gift?

Of course! We are so honored you are using our products for your special occasion. If you'd like to leave a gift message, please leave your message during the checkout process.
